秋のイチゴ
今日は屋上で超促成栽培のイチゴが取れました。
例によって、向かいの席の和田さんがくれました。品種は「豊の香」か何かではないか、と。
水を切って過酷な状況にしておいたら、こいつは子孫を残さねば、と花を咲かせたそうです。
ストレスをかけると、体内窒素が極端に少なくなって花芽をつけるそうです。
ストレスの結果ではあるけれど、ちゃんと甘酸っぱいおいしいイチゴでした。小さいけれど、その分、味が濃いです。
