クッキーの差し入れ
農文協の料理番長、Mさんがうかたま16号「小豆あんの洋風デザート」で紹介しているぱりぽろクッキーをつくって持ってきてくれました（見ためがパッとしないのは私の写真のせいです…）。あんことアーモンドパウダーが絶妙にマッチ。とってもおいしいので、ぜひ一度お試しください。
実はMさん、以前にはうかたま14号「Hikaruさんのお茶時間」で紹介しているあんのガトーショコラをつくってくれました。こちらもとても美味でした。Mさん、いつもいろいろとありがとうございます。
