やきごめ
農文協演芸部じゃなくて園芸部がブログ「屋上菜園日記」を開設しまして、屋上ネタや和田さんはそちらに取られてしまうので、うかたまはやはり食うほうに専念するしかありません。
さて、やきごめって知ってますか？
写真が食べかけで美しくなくてすみません。
もち米を普通よりちょっとは焼く刈って、加工したお米です。これにお湯をそそいで、ふたをして蒸らせばできあがり。塩をちょっとふるとおいしくなります。
