本日発売の本誌に誤りがありました。

「玄米こうじの味噌づくりと春の山野草を楽しむ講座」の参加費が間違っていました。

大変申し訳ありませんでした。
当日は、玄米味噌のほかに、醤油や醤油豆、甘酒、塩麹の漬け物も、お試し程度ながら作ってみようとかという計画もあるそう。「麹を活かした昔ながらの食の知恵を学ぶ」講座になる予定だそうです。
