うかたま発酵食堂 2日目です。
今日のランチは、按田優子さんの「鶏肉のモーレ ブルーチーズソース」「アンチョビそうめん」、秋田の塩もろみを使った「杜夢豚といろいろきのこの発酵蒸し」が登場です。
ムスムスの店頭には、こんなふうに「発酵図書館」をつくりました。赤ずきんの顔が目印です！
発酵にまつわる本や、うかたまのバックナンバーも並べてます。食事が終わったら、本も手に取ってみてください。
バックナンバーやうかたま増刊の「手づくりのたれ・ソース・調味料」は販売もしています！本屋さんでなかなか見かけないという人は、こちらでどうぞ。
